Charming 120 year old house

The comfort and charm of 'old-school' beach house living. The house itself is a living antique. This is one of the last original houses on the Seaside Park oceanfront. Most all other original houses have not survived having been knocked down one by one over the years for new construction. A true passage back in time. Some of the floors are un-level due to the house being built on shifting sand and having lived on the front lines of countless hurricanes and nor’easters. When the floors creak I think that’s cool—hopefully you do too.

You'll never feel more alive then when you sit on the 3rd floor bedroom balcony and are the first to see the sunrise over the ocean—and this happens every day if you can wake up early enough!

Summer Rentals

1 week, 2 weeks, one month or seasonal

-All wood floors most original to house.
